Cinturon Nuevo Messenger Bag in Stone

This one-of-a-kind messenger bag was handmade with Peruvian textiles, both antique and new. The gorgeous colorful strap is a traditional vintage belt featuring an intricate hand-woven pattern.The detail and artistry are just beautiful. This antique piece is incorporated into a modern handbag. No two bags will be alike since each belt-turned-strap is vintage, unique and truly one-of-a-kind in design, antiguity and color. 

The heather grey body of the bag is made with sheep's wool from Cajamarca in the Northern Andes of Peru. It features an easy snap close, and a red pinstriped cotton lining with a sky blue zippered inside pocket. The ends of the shoulder strap is in the original belt form and are beautiful unique accents to each side of the bag.
