Cinturon Bucket in Medium Grey (MORE STRAP COLORS)
This bucket-style bag was inspired by the Columbian Wayuu bag design and handmade with Peruvian textiles, both antique and new. The gorgeous vintage strap is a traditional belt that was worn by Quechua women in pueblitos of Cusco. No two bags will be alike since each strap is vintage, unique and truly one-of-a-kind in design, antiquity and color.
The grey body of the bag and the contrasting striped wool on the bottom of the bag are made with sheep's wool from Cajamarca, Peru in the Northern Andes. It features a drawstring close and pinstriped lining with a zippered inside pocket. The ends of the strap are in the original belt form-- the ends of the belt are unique and form accents to each side of the bag. An ivory pompom tassel adorns the front of the bag.
The bag measures approximately:
8.5 inches in diameter at the bottom of the bag
10.5 inches in height
Brights Strap (Black Stripe Bottom): The strap drops 23 inches from the shoulder and is 4 inches wide.
Deep Strap (Salmon Stripe Bottom): The Strap drops 24 inches from the shoulder and is 4.25 inches wide.
