Feliz Ano de Peru!

It sure is hard to believe I've been living in Peru now for 14 months!  Lots to reflect on from this past year of adventure and exploration. It's been such a joy to launch the shop in 2016 and see it evolve,  taking on a life and personality of its own. You may have noticed that I've put a bunch of items on sale in the last couple of weeks. Well, that's because I've learned so much these past six months through trial and error and now I'd really like to bring more focus this new year as to what is offered in the shop. 2016 was a year of figuring out what I truly enjoy, inspired constantly by other makers, artisans and shops I admire. As a result, I now have a better idea of what I want PresentlyIn to bring in 2017. So please enjoy the curent SALE as I make room for the new.

Thank you to all of you for your support, follows, likes, orders, and awesome friendship this past year. This journey continues to unfold and I'm excited to find out what's next. So, here's what to look for in 2017: 

- Giving Tuesdays: Every Tuesday, we will donate a portion of your purchases to the cause of your choice. When you place an order, you will receive a list of organizations to choose from for the donation. We can shop this world into a better place, can't we? (or let us know if you prefer another one). #givingtuesday #shopforgood #ethical shopping

- International Shipping: In 2016, to keep things simple and manageable, I started out by only offering shipping to the US. I was overwhelmed and pleased by how much interest there was in our products from all around the world. So, I've opened up shipping to other countries internationally in 2017. If you don't see your country on the list, please reach out to me and we can see what is the best option for shipping to you from the US or Peru. 

- New Years Sale: As I mentioned, I'm bringing focus to the collection, which means I am looking to make space for new designs and items. So this means a big score for you!! Our SALE is on with some big markdowns. Get them while they last!!!!

- 2017 Direction: Handbags are still my main passion but I will plan to do more unique PresentlyIn design work than curation this year.  I still will always keep my eye out for unique items I can't pass up in the market that I can curate but my main focus will be on one-of-a-kind limited production designs that come from PresentlyIn. Of course, for these designs, I will always source my textiles and materials from artisan markets and makers around Peru and South America.
